1️⃣ Nature of Food Products

All meals prepared by Ghar Ka Khana Islamabad are:

🍱 Freshly cooked
🍛 Prepared upon order
🥗 Perishable in nature

Because food items are perishable, we generally do not accept returns once food has been delivered.


2️⃣ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Missing items from order
✔ Verified food quality issue
✔ Order cancelled by our team

Refund requests must be submitted within:

🕒 2 hours of delivery

Requests made after this time may not be eligible.


3️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

❌ Customer changes mind after delivery
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
❌ Customer unavailable at delivery location
❌ Delay caused by traffic or weather
❌ Improper storage after delivery
❌ Partially consumed food

Refund processing time:

7️⃣ Replacement Policy

If an order is cancelled before food preparation begins, a refund may be issued if payment was made in advance.

Once food preparation has started:
